Yamaha YS40 label feeder is a narrow-spec precision feeding unit built for Yamaha SMT pick-and-place equipment. It handles label widths from 5mm to 23mm, perfect for tiny foam gaskets, small metal tabs, miniature adhesive labels and thin plastic parts.
With ±0.2mm positioning accuracy and ±0.5° angle precision, this feeder eliminates misalignment for micro component labeling. The servo motor delivers adjustable feeding speed from 1 to 100, feeding cycle 0.1–2 seconds. It adopts forward push stripping structure, smooth passing for thin & delicate materials, fast reel changeover.
Features a touch screen HMI with English / Chinese language switch, supports manual & auto label output. Anti-stick feeding platform with special coating, adjustable height & tilt angle to fit narrow carrier tapes. Built-in take-up shaft with synchronized motor ensures consistent tape rewinding.
DC24V power supply, lightweight compact frame saves valuable space on your SMT line. Fiber sensor quantity customizable for single-row narrow label applications. Suitable for prototyping, small batch production and high-mix low-volume SMT workshops.
