This thermal barrier insulation box is specially designed for KIC Start and KIC 2000 reflow oven temperature profiler, widely used in SMT reflow soldering temperature testing.
Constructed with imported high-performance thermal insulation cotton, it delivers outstanding heat insulation performance. It effectively blocks high temperature inside the reflow oven and safeguards the KIC 2000 tester from overheating damage during temperature profiling runs.
Fits the KIC2000 profiler perfectly, stable and easy to install. It can go through the reflow oven together with PCB boards, capturing accurate temperature curve data reliably.
Two styles available: cotton insulation box and stainless steel thermal barrier box. Great for SMT production line reflow oven thermal profile testing.
