Yamaha YS56 label feeder is our best-selling universal feeding solution for standard SMT labeling processes, widely adopted in electronics assembly factories. It works seamlessly with Yamaha pick and place machines to apply adhesive labels, metal sheets, foam pads and plastic stickers automatically.
It supports label width from 5mm up to 58mm, configurable for 1~8 columns multi-row feeding, greatly boosting line throughput for medium-size labels. Positioning tolerance kept within ±0.2mm and angle error ±0.5°, to guarantee consistent label placement on PCBA.
Servo motor driven with adjustable feeding speed (1–100), feeding cycle 0.1–2s. Forward push stripping design allows different material thickness to run smoothly, quick tape reel swap to cut downtime. Touchscreen interface with bilingual Chinese / English switch, easy parameter setup by operators.
Anti-adhesive feeding platform with optional white / red silica gel coating, height and slope adjustable. Synchronized built-in take-up motor keeps carrier tape tension stable during continuous running. DC24V input, durable hard aluminum alloy body for long shift factory operation. Custom fiber sensor quantity based on your label column layout.
